Some of SaifiGroups’ services may not be accessible to clients from certain parts of the world, particularly those in sanctioned countries. For example, while some countries may allow individuals from certain regions to form a company, certain financial services may not accept them. Platforms such as Stripe, Mercury, Wise, and other fintech companies have policies that restrict business owners from specific regions, even if their company is registered in a supported country.

Please note that SaifiGroups has no control over the policies of these third-party services, and we cannot guarantee approval, even if you are not from a sanctioned country. Account approvals are typically handled case by case, and the final decision rests entirely with the respective platform.

It’s important to emphasize that the company formation documents provided by SaifiGroups are 100% legitimate and meet the industry standards required by most financial platforms. Based on client feedback, we are aware that many have had successful applications using our documentation. In fact, some of our clients have opened business accounts with major banks such as Chase.

However, the acceptance of your account is ultimately determined by the individual platform’s internal policies, not by the legitimacy of your documents or business registration.

We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions, regional policies, and onboarding requirements of any specific service you plan to use to ensure you qualify.
